Respect for Rights

SolvoHub respects intellectual property rights and expects contributors and customers to do the same. We may remove or restrict content that appears to infringe copyright or other legal rights.

Submitting a Complaint

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, send a notice with enough information for us to identify the content and evaluate the claim.

Required Information

• Your full name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or identifying information for the allegedly infringing content.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may submit a counter notice with your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, and your consent to appropriate legal jurisdiction where required.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing content or receive credible rights complaints may be suspended or terminated. We may also block future uploads, withhold earnings linked to infringing content, or require additional verification.
