When Refunds May Be Considered
- Duplicate purchases caused by technical error.
- Billing mistakes or unauthorized transactions reported promptly.
- Content file corruption or download failure that we cannot resolve.
- Incorrect license purchase where no download or use has occurred.
When Refunds Are Usually Not Available
- Customer changed their mind after downloading content.
- Content was used in a project, campaign, product, or publication.
- Customer selected the wrong asset but downloaded it.
- Subscription credits expired according to plan rules.
- Refund request is connected to misuse, fraud, or policy violation.
Contributor Impact
If a transaction is refunded, charged back, reversed, or identified as fraudulent, related contributor earnings may be deducted, reversed, or withheld.
Requesting a Refund
Customers should contact support with order number, account email, asset ID, license type, and a clear explanation of the issue.
