Marketplace Services

We provide a platform where contributors can submit content and customers can license approved content. We may change, suspend, update, or discontinue features, pricing, categories, or services at any time.

Customer Use

Customers may use licensed content only according to the applicable license terms. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, extraction, resale, automated scraping, or misuse of content is prohibited.

Contributor Use

Contributors must follow the Contributor Agreement, Submission Standards, Content Guidelines, and all applicable laws. Submitting content does not guarantee approval, sales, ranking, or availability.

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific marketplace results, or that all content will meet every customer requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profit, data loss, or business interruption claims arising from platform use.
